HOW TO RETURN

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Screenshot of original order
2. We confirm and send return instructions
3. Ship item back using any tracked courier (BXB recommended)
4. We inspect item on arrival
5. Refund processed to original payment method within 14 business days of inspection
EXCHANGES
To exchange for a different size or colour:

7. We check availability
8. Return original item
9. We ship new item once return is received and inspected
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item has a manufacturing defect:

• We cover all return shipping for defective items

• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items without original tags
• Damage caused by improper care
• Normal wear and tear
